The room that started it all!  If it only were that interesting.  July 2006 I had to make the decision to keep the place or sell.  I didn’t want to sell without at least doing all the easy ‘deferred maintenance’ (as the relators so politely put it).  So here was the first stab at getting rid of the cracked plaster, sconces, 70s drop ceiling crap and painting.
